What does fair week cost in a rental?

Our nightly rates start at $100 for the travel trailer and reach $210 for the campervan, before delivery, with the campsite billed by whichever park you choose. Fair parking itself is free, which is not something many fairs this size can claim. [VERIFY: delivery fee]

Which campground, and what size unit?

Asheville RV Park Resort in Fletcher is the nearest, about two miles out and open all year with full hookups. Every unit we run measures 24 feet or under, so length is not the constraint here that it becomes for a thirty-five foot coach.

We deliver across Western North Carolina and set the unit up on your site, levelled and connected, before your first gate day. Tell us which park you have booked when you reserve, because the length limits differ and that decides which of the four we bring.

In 2026 the gates kept two different rhythms, opening at 9:00 am at weekends but not until 3:00 pm on weekdays, which is worth checking again when the 2027 schedule lands

Where Do You Camp for Fair Week?

Closer than you would expect. Asheville RV Park Resort sits on Jillian Trail in Fletcher, roughly two miles from the Ag Center, open year round with full hookups at 30 and 50 amp and motorhomes taken to about 45 feet. Note it trades under a new name: this is the park that was Rutledge Lake, and older guides still use the old one. Asheville Bear Creek is the other year-round option with every site on full hookups.

Lake Powhatan in Pisgah National Forest is open across the fair, with full-hookup sites at $52 a night, electric at $46 and standard at $37, though services thin out from mid-November. [VERIFY: confirm the road distance and drive time from our yard to the Ag Center before any page states a figure. The site describes the business as Asheville-based while the units are listed at Mills River, and those are not the same starting point.] Our Class C motorhomes suit a family taking the full run.

The order is simple. Reserve the campsite, then book the unit and tell us the length it takes, and we deliver it there and connect it before your first gate day.
